It adds a risk of death which this server severely lacks, so I don't see it as a negative. I proced it like 7 times on a HoT mini recently and never got agro even after the tank ate enrage like a champion. In practice, you're gonna pull agro in group situations with bad evade luck, but it functions fine as a raiding weapon. Amazing tank weapon and every rogue should carry some form of snare. Recommend if you don't have a nightfall.

Why claw of lightning in offhand over baton of flame?
Back on live I used baton in offhand until I got a primal to stick in offhand full time and be lazy.

Claw is a better ratio AND 41% haste. Can't beat that combo.

Quote:
Lower delay in mainhand applies the damage bonus more often, the consensus being a sustained sure thing very quickly on high AC targets outweighs slower but higher potentially damaging weapons. Offhands don't receive a damage bonus, so their speed is largely irrelevant. The best rogue offhands just happen to be very fast.

You are right....close enough with proc where I wouldn't spend all one if I had the other. Either way, primal > both unless you want to get carpal tunnel syndrome

Or just be friends with a shaman. It's easier and better dps to buy emeralds.

Better yet, kill some ST golems and get some Primal Avatar spells! I still don't have a primal weapon outside of my bow, and I won't bother spending DKP on anything but a 1h piercer.
