FPS drop in zones with trees.

Any zone with a lot of trees in it makes my frame rate drop to single digits. EJ, WL, DL, Burning Woods, and many others just kill my FPS. Anyone run into this issue before?

I had this issue on my old pc that had a slow cpu.
