Default Brother Qwinn and Monk of the Whistling Fist quest.
When I turned in the Code of Zan Fi and my Purple Headband to Brother Qwinn he gave me the Needle of the Void but also gave me back the Code and the Purple Headband.

If I am not mistaken he is supposed to keep the headband and the code after he gives me the needle.

Brother Z does the same thing with the red sash of order and The Idol when he gives you the rare robe pattern.

Brother Zephyl is working properly, when I handed him The Idol and Red Sash of Order he gave me Rare Robe Pattern and kept my sash.

So Brother Qwinn is the one that is giving back to the Purple Headband and Code of Zan Fi when he should be keeping them.

This bug is still confirmed. Another monk completed the quest today and got to keep the Purple Headband.

Default Qwinn ate my stuff too 8(
Qwinn took my Code of Zan Fi and Purple Headband, and gave no needle or anything in return. Hope some devs fix this, been waiting a week on this damn bug to get my robe, lost 2 sets of codes / headbands already, and i REALLY don't wanna farm them a 3rd time. 8((
