Romney running against Obama, this modern-era class warfare had just started to take root in the american political arena and the left proposed a "tax the rich" bill that implemented progressive taxation to incomes over 100k (which primarily only "upper-middle class" makes their money through, with little to no affect on the actual "rich)

And then dogeared into the bill was a sales tax increase, which we all agree disproportionately affects the lower and lower-middle class far more than uppermiddle and upper class.

It was a trick. Instead of sticking it to the man, they stuck it to themselves, and the few among them that managed to eek out a slight margin of victory in a high skillset niche field of employment.

They pulled this off because they know the left are ruled by their base emotions, like envy, and jealousy and their simply too stupid to read the fine print and actuall put forward the due diligence of understanding what theyre voting on. They called it the "tax the rich"bill, and it passed by a huge margin on the title, alone.

I imagine you have a rather high opinion of your intelligence, but you have utterly failed to understand even a single one of my arguments. You believe in equity of outcome, without proof of it existing anywhere in the natural universe. If it feels good, skepticism isnt necessary. If it triggers dissonance, invoke irrational skepticism.

I thought I would update this thread in honor of Trump's Mexican tariff tweet. My read here is that Trump has three goals:

• Pelosi & the Obstructionists (err, the Democrats) who have no agenda other than whatever Trump doesn't want to do will suddenly fall all over themselves to pass his new trade bill, the USMCA
• The new tariffs will probably (80% confidence) never be implemented. I imagine most Mexicans are not thrilled with these migrant caravans anyway - anyone else remember the migrant who made a video about how they were taking over Tijuana and they found his body the next day? - and this will give their government an incentive to actually do something about it. So Trump can stop the migrants even before the Wall is built.
• At this point Trump probably wants to crash the stock market (50% confidence) or is at least indifferent. The World Socialists/Deep State/MI6/Illuminati/satanists/pedophiles/Chinese Communists/KGB/whatever you want to call them set this crash in motion the day Trump was elected when Powell began raising interest rates and lowering the Fed's balance sheet. The plan is most likely for the various CCP members to dump all of their assets at once (remember that trade deficit? 500 billion x 20 years = 10 trillion in US financial assets). If Trump is now indifferent to this, it's probably because he's confident he can place the blame on the conspiracy where it belongs, and that means he's about to begin indictments starting with Brennan and Comey.

I was actually quite careful not to include the Jews in that list, not out of any desire for political correctness, but because while plenty of Jews are involved in this conspiracy, especially in Hollywood, Wall Street, and the mainstream media, I don't think they are the primary players.
