Default Cloak of the Ry`Gorr Oracles

Can anyone confirm that this drops from the oracles inside of the crystal caverns? the wiki is a bit unclear. Thanks

Unconfirmed from me. I would hang out at igloos to find time the ring spawns. Once this happens, if you got the skis required to get in to the Ry'Gorr fort, you can break the Oracle down and havea chance there. While hanging, the Oracle spawns inside the fort and has a chance to drop it.

It does but it's pretty rare.
