I'm a Troll Shaman. Can I kill mobs that lower my RZ faction? Do I need it for anything?

Killing Ogre's in WK lowers faction to RZ I believe

I know what lowers it. I want to kill them for Xp. I'd just like to make sure I'm not screwing myself by lowering the faction.

According to the Wiki entry, the only NPCs on that specific faction are the ogres in Western Karana. You should be fine.
