Just 2 weeks back into the Big3 and I already look and feel bigger. On the other hand, I forgot how much I don't enjoy stuffing my face constantly. Eating every 2-3 hours and feeling ravenous gets old (so many damn dishes!)

Finally got a 1 plate OHP. I've had some shoulder injuries before so I took it super slow and the baby 35 plates for a long time. It was so easy, I probably could have done it months ago. But again, you tear that labrum or rotator cuff and your fugged.

EDIT: how many of you guys do two a days? It's so tough getting in some extra work on a lunch powerhour workout.

I feel ya bud. I hate eating, and I also won’t push past one plate OHP. I could, but I won’t

Yeah dude it's gnarly. Even Las Vegas has edible produce and fish. You really get into Kansas or Indiana and those general stores man there's a reason half the rack space is filled with Chef Boyardee

Just the olympic bar. Standing. Dunno if I could do a 1 plate OHP sitting. It'd be nice to have the extra back support, but taking away the feet/plant makes me think I might have to work up to it. I'll report back.
