Research Notes - Part 1 dropping out of era

The item Research Notes - Part 1 is currently dropping off kly in Dalnir. This is for the Luclin era quest, Al'Kabor's Research.

The various research notes were removed from loot tables at one point per this thread, so this may only be an issue on Green.
