Quest Issue: Killing Peg Leg in Butcherblock isn't spawning a lesser spirit

For the shaman epic there are a number of ways of spawning a lesser spirit to get the gem to give to Bondl in FP. One of them is to kill Peg Leg in Butcherblock. We killed him three times in a row and the spirit did not spawn. Killing Blinde the Cutpurse in Rathe Mtns did spawn him.

Made some changes to this. It should be working as-is, and worked in my personal tests.

Fixed (?), pending update.

If the issue still occurs after next patch create a new bug report or bump an existing one.

Thanks! Any idea when the next patch might be? We've been waiting for a patch to correct Druid tracking since Plane of Sky hit.
