Default Textures Stretched Display Issue

I just came back to p1999 after a while away. I updated to the latest patch (V57) and noticed that the textures appear stretched (NPC bodies extend way across the screen) or missing (I'm missing a torso at the login screen).

Has anyone ever seen something like this?
Any suggestions on how to revert back to some good state?

Thanks!

If you can revert back to the original RenderEffects folder from a fresh install (or posssibly from a pre v52 patch) this started happening after a patch in 2019. Keep the older RenderEffects folder and when you patch dont include this folder

Have also seen this fixed switching to integrated graphics (if thats an available option) and wont need to worry about the RenderEffects folder

Thanks for the tip. I'll try a clean re-install and then not overwriting the RenderEffects folder

OK, great tip @Kavious. I re-installed, patched everything except the RenderEffects folder, and then put back my eqclient.ini, UI_<USERNAME>_project1999, and <USERNAME>_project1999 files back in place.
Seems to be back to normal, and I didn't lose any data or configurations.
