Human or HE, the cha is good for lulling through dungeons and Dwarf cha sucks.

Honestly really can't go wrong with either. As a tank, Dwarf will need 5 points in AGI, which means if you go min/max and put the remaining 15 into STA, you'll only be 10 STA more than a Human who adds 20 STA. The higher STR is nice for Dwarf though, and you have a very slightly higher mana pool; none of that is extremely significant though. Both have great starting areas, especially for a fresh server.

Essentially, if you like playing Humans there's no big detriment to going Human Pally. If you want to go the most min/max route (or otherwise prefer to play Dwarves) then go Dwarf.
