Any time starting zone is jam packed on any game, its a good time.

I hate wow but it sounds like this will give you at least a month of fun. good luck

Ouch, maybe he's a loner and has no RL friends man. This might be helping him from doing an ole macequest, finding some E friends to weeb over.
