Default Locked at 50 fps.

I saw that the game is now locked at 60 fps, but for whatever reason i am locked at 50. I have vsync off and have a 60 mhz refresh rate anyways.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

On a related note, is it possible from a technical standpoint to CAP the framerate slider instead of LOCK it? I understand not wanting very high framerate levels because of how it affects things like fall damage, but I might like to be able to set framerate maximum to 40 or 50, etc.

I just use the regular launch titanium command.

Slight bump here. Same issue for me. Was running solid 60 a few days ago. Now, no matter what I do I'm stuck at 50. And weirdly, I had a bout of 30's in North Qeynos, but that might have resolved; I haven't been back there since.

Using standard Launch.bat, no WinEQ. Game runs at 60 up until character select, then drops to 50.

Using a program to monitor temperature, frame rate, gpu/CPU usage. I enabled the frame rate display when I noticed Qeynos was incredibly choppy
