Starshine spell not working

Lvl 9 Druid spell Starshine produces the orb but no illumination. Dance of the Fireflies
works fine. Anyone else having the same problem?
This is on Teal.

Ok. This is how it works.
Fireflies spell can only be cast at night but will light up in a primary/secondary slot.
Starshine can be cast at any time but only outdoors, and will only illuminate if placed in a Prim/secondary slot.
Just info for the noobs and those of us that did not know this.
