I've been working all weekend and check the P99 main page and see

I'm 97% into 29.

I logged out at 3 blues into lvl 29.. when I logged back in I was at almost 2 full yellows. I think they adjusted the exp so that you don't get screwed two levels in a row.. Not positive, but Rogean said something about it about 30 mins before server went down for patch.

That makes sense. I can't imagine that xp would be represented in terms of a percentage through your current level, rather than some absolute number.

Yes exp was adjusted in a way that no time was lost doing your hell level.

After dinging 30 I gained roughly 2 yellows of exp instantly.

afaik exp is counted as a whole up to 50 and not per lvl so you wont have 2 consecutive hell-levels
