Do Crag Spiders in EK have placeholders?

I know for sure there are independent spawns that only spawn crag spiders. ~4 north of the road and ~3 south of the road.

99% sure they do not have PHs. Have camped these several times and have only seen Crag Spiders spawn at the several different spawn points.
