The dude's own mom apparently had previously called the cops on him for threatening to explode her with a homemade bomb. "Crazy guy" would be an understatement, but it will of course be used as political fodder for restricting gun ownership and also since it was a gay club it must be the evil conservatives' fault somehow.

I was hoping everyone could just roundly condemn the shooter and be thankful brave patrons stopped him from killing even more innocent people, but that would mean we could have nice things!
