Custom content: /raid channel

Now that we're in the post-patch phase, I'd like for the first custom content addition to Blue be a /raid channel. With more and more guilds forming alliances instead of discarding their long held sentimental guild tags in order to join zerg guilds, a /raid channel would allow multiple guilds to team up for content and not have to pollute /ooc and /auction with CH spam and other raid specific communications. Best part is /raid should be a part of the Titanium client already and hopefully easy to implement.
