IP Temporarily blocked - Trying to play with bro -- Please help

I understand this is because of that no boxing rule, however i'm trying to play with my brother who is in the same house.

Can an admin help me make this work or point me in the right direction to solving this? TY!

Go to the petition forum for an IP Exemption. But I hear there's a couple months worth of backlog. Might take a while.
