Default Tooltips for spells?

Not sure if this option is available or not, but I am looking for tooltips that describe what spells actually do. Being brand new, combined with the fact that many spells share the same icons, I am having trouble remembering what spells actually do.

Up to this point, I have been using the wiki. Is there another method?

Not really in-game. As far as them looking the same check out DuxaUI, it labels them. Best ui I've found for p99

You really just have to learn what kind of icon signifies what kind of spell. There is alogic to it. And also, hey guess what?

You have to memorize 'em by reading the wiki, and also ask other members of your class. Send a /tell to someone of your class and ask for tips on a particular spell, what to watch out for, etc.

It's a very social game, and this is one way. You need tips and pointers, send a /tell to another player. Some will ignore you, but others will gladly respond in game and give you pointers and advice.
