Flying cars, here and possible but unlikely to make it mainstream. Lightsabers I see being possible in the near future.

Teleportation or transporters are way out of scope at the moment. The work they have done so far isn't actually teleporting anything, its changing the position of one sub atomic particle based on another. IMO this may lead to something just as cool, Replicators!

go read the article its not really about lightsabers its about controlling the emission of photons, which are pretty tough to prevent from escaping right?
