All guilds merge into one mega-guild called The Hive. Loot will be divvied out based on Effort you put in.

Why even base it on effort? Just have the guild own everything and let everyone use items equally.

We will just share 80 accounts across 1500 people. Even better ! No more than 1hr of play time per day per person.
