cigarettes should be illegal, literally just cause massive amounts of psychological damage and give you health problems

they smell terrible and do nothing good at all for anyone

if you need to quit step 1 is starting to vape the nicotine products.

That’s exactly what it is. Nicotine gum will keep you addicted for all eternity just the same as methadone isn’t a way to quit heroin.

Pot hits me way too hard. I like micro doses of edibles though. CBD is also insanely helpful for depression/ anxiety.
