With that being said, you will see any video that doesn't involve white people as racist, if I made a video slamming Iraq about fostering an extremist and fundamentalist atmosphere and is filled an auditorium with people in Hijabs screaming death to American imperialism especially in the wake of 24 UN peacekeepers being slaughtered to those said "extremists" you'd probably see this as me hatemongering towards Islamic people because not every Muslim is an extremist...

I mean the list goes on, and with each of these countries we've popped out hateful, scathing, politically motivated media to discredit these nations, and to make them more of a threat than what they really were/are. It also had nothing to do with race, and everything to do with a superiority complex that has been backed up with the notion of "might makes right" our country never gave a shit about what ethnic group we were offending because it doesn't matter to the machine what color skin you have, or what language you speak because when the U.S pops out media like this it's made specifically to foster nationalism and to showcase our superiority because we're "stronger, richer, tougher, and more liberal" than our rivals.

With that said the only slight resemblance that this video would have with Nazi Propaganda has nothing to do with Jewish people, but everything about a country trying to show superiority through force.

Resources =/= evolution

Everyone from native african's to aborigines knew how to construct and build tools, the only reason certain cultures advanced further than other cultures was due to resource allocation, and when certain continents had an abundance of copper, iron, coal, lumber etc. they progressed faster than people living in areas where it's just stone and sand. So it was easier to forge copper weapons and go slay people still using stone, take their land, enslave their people to build better copper weapons, the whole notion of human progress has been built on allocating and warring over resource, and subjugating "inferior" people which were less technologically advanced.
