game launch resolution

crashed on zoning yesterday and didnt attempt re enter game and today my resolution is jacked up on launch. once in game everything seems normal. but loading and exiting the game is a whole nother story. i tried changing the resolution in the options menu of the login screen but it goes back to 800x600 or whatever it is when relaunched.

any ideas?

Find your client.ini file in your EQ directory and change it there. Make sure your user profile has write permissions (would just do full access), changing the resolution in game should update the file so it stays.

thanks for the help! it was indeed user permissions.. not sure how they were changed during a crash?
