Default Can't See Players/NPC Models

I've managed to get everything up and running except one thing, I can't see any character models. Everyone is "invisible" including bugs.

I've searched the forums and have only come up with posts about modifying UIs. I've also tried modifying GlobalLoad and that sort of thing. Any tips?

Computer specs, copy of contents of GlobalLoad.txt (<Client Directory>/Resources), copy of contents of dbg.txt (<Client directory>/Logs) please. Also, have you deleted any files from the client?

I did a clean install and only upgraded the spell effects, eqhost.txt, and eqconfig (to force windowed) and the textures still didn't load.

It was TRUE. Changing it to 0 fixed it. Thanks a ton! I think I have vague memories of that being a problem back in the day.

Now my problem is not realizing I made a female character.
