Default WTC haste item

Looking to camp a starter haste item...54 druid or 51 monk, which would be better to camp frenzied ghoul for the belt, or spiders for the hand wraps? and on which toon??

open to alternative ideas too, but don't have much time to group...

thanks for your input [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

The SCHW are great but good luck getting the frenzy camp, theres pretty much always an enc or shaman soloing there. The belt isn't bad and you wont have to replace it when you get your epic as the gloves and your epic share the same slot [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Camp FBSS on your druid.

Are you in a guild? Sky haste belt might be another option.

Understandable if you want to earn it for yourself, but SCHW are like 1k. May be fastest to raise 1k porting or quadding and just buy it.

Spawn rate on ghoul and drop rate on FBSS is garbage. SCHW is way more common and you can find the camp open relatively often if you arrive at times when the population is low.

I do not recommend this, but I may have been extremely unlucky. I did this quest over the course of a month or more and it took around 20 handins before I got a sash on my ranger. The two mobs that drop heads are on one hour respawns each. I may have got it faster with a higher level ranger, since I was 30 when I did it and couldn't kill the named that sometimes spawns, but it seems the sash is quite rare and it would have been faster farming gargoyle eyes to buy a FBSS or even a Sash of the Dragonborn.

Sky belts are definitely way easier to get, but it is nice to have a droppable haste item if you like to roll alts all day long like me.
