Default iksar necros how long did it take you to find the spell vendor?

So I started an iksar necro because of boredom and was wondering why the hell did they hide the necro spell vendor?

Iksar get really into the whole "toughest race" thing. They intentionally make things harder on their newbies. That's why the vendors are hidden, the whole city is filled with canals you can accidentally fall in, and the field of bone mobs will swarm you in sets of 6 to 8.

It separates the lizards from the newts.

took me about an hour. It's nuts. I'm convinced that the Iksar are just insane. They're the only race that doesn't put its spell vendors right near the trainers. I suppose we should be lucky they're in the same zone.

I distinctly remember this problem when I was 10 years old, but I love the atmosphere of games that don't give a shit about you too much to wish it were any other way.

Fun fact, if you set your max fps ingame to 60. You can jump clear out of the canals back up to the walkways.
