Default game was working, installed duxa installer, now it's not

So i installed EQ Titanium fresh a few days ago. Unzipped the files from this site. Made a shortcut to the eq.exe on my desktop and boom, good to go on the green server. I saw alot of talk about duxaui so i installed the duxa installer, walked through the options, and now the game wont run. If i run the game from the shortcut i created the error code is "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application".

If I run the newly created EQEmu(project99) shortcut i get "[File Hash Retreive] Access to file denied: C:\Program Files(x86)\Sony\Everquest\ErrorReport.exe"

Then i run EQEmu shortcut again, select the p99 green server and get the same error message as step 1.

And lastly, if i run the shortcut labeled "EverQuest (p99) - bypass EQemu" it throws the same error as step 1 as well.

Any help anyone can offer me on this one besides doing a completely fresh install?

TIA
