This big storm that is hitting both of us at the same time is going to be the beginning of some large scale geological climate catastrophes that are my fetish.

Fair enough

I remember hearing somewhere that military requires 7:00, or maybe 8:00 for 2, so either 14-16min 2mile. And of course this is outside

Whether or not that’s true, I always try to keep myself where I could do that

a 16 min two mile is terrible lawl --- like 14 was considered alright, 15 acceptable...

Male: age 17-20 3 miles: 18:00 - 27:40

IDR exactly but i think 27:40 is even lower now than it used to be. Of course as discussed a lot of ppl suck lol.

So @ ur age ur doing great! Keep up the good work. Seriously. I think the lowest I got was 24:00 on the 3 mile. Tho I was Army. So I could literally do a 16:30 and get away with it, lowest I ever got on two was like 12:30 ish

I was never a very good sprinter/short distance runner.

Hmm I can’t recall where I got that 14m 2mile military thing in my head from

12:30 is a wicked fast 2

I remember this vid mentions that seals require like a 9m 1.5, which is weirdly easy. Not for Mat and Mike though. They look great (and both claim natty and are willing to be carbon isotope tested but Mat is probably not natty, Mike might be) but their cardio is shit

would not survive on under 8k calories a day

i feel like their performancce would degrade severely without rest/food the days b4

I live in FL. Bring on the tsunami. The beach is like 1 mile from my place. I'm gonna build floats for the shed and ride it out.
