NPC Spawn Issue: Tantor

There are post saying Tantor has spawned. But seems way to rare and none show proof.
On live there was tons of Tantors tusk for sale right before Luclin release and no one knew about him or super farmed stuff , but yet not 1 on p99 been sold?

I said this before Beta and iirc Elethia confirmed it was dropping and spawning but ...
the rate is not correct.
people tested and killed 648 mobs 386 being mammoths and yet no spawn.
Please fix or up the spawn/drop rate.

So do You track / BP him? I didn't say it didn't spawn ever but thanks for posting proof.
I said it isn't spawning enough or dropping compared to live.
If they are tracking/batphoning it and keeping the item to the guild then that explains it and can disregard this. But it isn't best in slot and Awaken sales zlandi hearts and stuff all the time so is it being hoarded? or not dropping? or he just not spawning a bunch? something is up is all im saying.
and what about the Fellspine? same issue.
There was lots of seahorse belts and BP on live being sold before luclin drop , and I was on VZ pvp so wasn't huge pop , and it wasn't overfarmed like p99. So why is there none being sold here?

Was You just trying to post that you found and killed him once or are you tracking batphoning hoarding him?

Also I have not seen anyone using TT / any item off Fellspine.
