I live in canada, using videotron, and i've receive one of these kind of letter a couple times already in the past, and i mean like over 5 years ago.... so yea, its alway been around on EVERY EXISTING ISP.

I have literally been torrenting since the invention of torrents and I have never received a letter or any communication regarding it. /knock on wood

Have been using torrents for 14+ years now. Received 1 letter about 12 years ago from Comcast listing the exact file i had stolen and told me to delete it. Other then that have never had any issues. I've also been using peerblock for like 2 years now. my monthly internet usage is between 400gb-600gb. And i dont really stream much.
