Weird graphical problems

So I have the titanium edition installed at both home and work. It runs great at home but the work client is frustrating me to no end now.
The problems I am getting is that the game does not seem to be loading certain models in the game world.
Examples:
I made a dark elf mage last night but when i get to work and click on her in the select screen the game freezes up.
I cannot see any dark elf or erudite models in game nor can I make a new character with them, as it will freeze up.
Some models in akannon are missing. First realized it when I made a gnome necro and the trainer Eolis ( sp) was not where he should be. I can manually /target him and will get the target ring where he should be but I cannot /hail or talk to him in any way.

If anyone has experienced anything like this or has any advise thanks.

Do a fresh install and follow setup guide, sounds like you mite have gotten rid of somthing you shouldn't have?
