What happened to the install helper for certain graphical items?

I haven't played in a few years, but back when I did, there was some application that you could use to make sure all the Mage pets were old school, spell gems were old, and things like half elf helm visors fixed among lots of other things/graphics. It made things very easy. I can't remember the name of it, but it was pretty popular on this server/forum and could swear it used to be a sticky thread. Any info on where it went/ if anything replaced it?
