Quest Issue: Guard Valon quests

Attempted to turn in 4 orc picks to Guard Valon while at amiable faction with no reward or text. Valon was not aggro'd on any PC or NPC and would not respond to any hail texts. Prevents orc picks, cutthroat rings, and reserve militia quests from being completed. When Valon was changed to be a lower level for green were his quests misplaced?

I've had the same problem this morning. He doesn't reply to hails either. Tried using sneak too.

Hailed him after the quake yesterday and got the quest message:

Guard Valon says, 'Greetings, traveler! If you wish to walk upon the road to Freeport, you will pay the toll of two silver pieces. And you should. It is not safe to stray from the pathway. There are many [dangers in the Commonlands].'

I didnt have orc picks on me or time to do it then, but when i tried today it didnt get any respons when hailing him and he just ate the pickaxes. Amiable faction

Yeah some days he will responds to hails and gives quests. Then he will suddenly stop responding for days. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
