Protip, you don't need a manastone if you don't use mana to beat asses.

Just don't merge Green to Blue. Legacy items are supposed to never drop again.
If they cyclically drop instead, they are no longer legacy. Removing the whole idea of legacy items from P99 is IMO very wrong and goes against the whole vision (tm) of having a museum-quality up-to-Velious EQ clone. Just merge new Green servers to the current Green.

Green 1.0 will have a shitload of stones, guises and such items farmed. Thousands of people are trying to get one as we speak. Green 2.0 will bring more, but that won't count as 1.0 will have so many already. Blue, on the other hand, has few stones and even fewer active guises remaining. It's a world of difference.

So you're afraid that the value of the manastone will go too high if it merges with blue? Or are you afraid that green merging with blue will upset the ..uh...healthy economy of blue? Teal and green merging is gonna have a far greater "anti classic" effect than blue and green merging, and servers being locked at pre luclin isn't gonna be classic anyway, separating rot servers is just gonna kill them faster, merge rot servers or eliminate them altogether. Pick one.
