Default Character .ini file is missing

I just reinstalled my EQ files and all is ok, But when I go to myP99 DIR but the Characters .ini files are not there. However, my toons UI are fine. My question is what is blocking the file generation from happening?

The only thing I can think of blocking file creation is installing the EQ Titanium client in a place that is controlled by the Windows UAC, such as any of the Program Files directories.

I'd recommend installing it at either the root of C:\ or in your Documents directory. You have full control over these locations without the Windows UAC interfering.

Let me know if this works for you.

It the EQ dir already is in C:\, So I use a proghram on Said file to take ownership of it and turned off the UAC and still there is no file generation...

Default CharaCTERS ui ,INI FILES

well, I found the files, For some reason, I believe that Win 10 Place them in a different file ( C:\Windows.old\Users\Name\AppData\Local\VirtualSto re\Program Files (x86)\P-99 ) why it did I I have no clue... Except Win want all the control over your computer.

So does anyone know how to migrate them back where they belong?

Move the entire EQ directory from c:\program files (x86)\P99 to something like c:\P99 (just simply cut and paste the directory and change your shortcuts to point to the new path)

That's what Wraythian was getting at in their post.
