Exclamation Everything is gone

I have been having a bit of an issue lately. While in Estate of Unrest when i am facing a certain direction, everything except my UI and particles (spell effects, mage pet "feet/effects") just goes transparent. I cannot click to target or open doors. No one else seems to be having these issues. Please Help! I have attached 2 pictures, one is normal the other is not. It is always when I face a certain direction regardless of how high I am in the zone. This has also been seen in CB.[You must be logged in to view images. I've had this problem when the game refresh rate doesn't match the desktop refresh rate.

Just a suggestion. May not be the problem. Maybe try running directx setup again, update video drivers, try reinstalling?

AMD processor?

Only when you're facing a certain direction?

Maybe try this thread. TLDR, try wineq2.

Also try different compatibility modes under right click > properties for the shortcut.

It'll still do it with WinEQ2 (though still good to have), and my discovered fix was to turn down the refresh rate of the game. Max Frames Per Second is on the in-game 'display' tab in options. It's a slider down on the left. Yeah, it's set at my monitors refresh rate as my vid card is set to. Never happens any longer. Core fix might work too if this is an amd.
