Cannot Maximize Game in Windows XP

Hello, and thank you so much for Project 1999! It's a godsend for old-style players like me.

I'm having an issue on Windows XP where I can't maximize or otherwise manually change the size of the EQ window while playing (the latter meaning i can't take a corner and drag it to change the window size, etc.). I'd much prefer to just click the maximize icon at the top right, like you would with anything in Windows.

Additionally, the game crashes when I try to enter full-screen mode by hitting Alt-Enter. I don't care about full-screen mode, but I figured I'd add this bit of info.

The game runs fine, but I'm constricted to a window that's way too small, even with the largest resolution set in the EQ options. Please help! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I recently downloaded p99 and im having the same issue. was there ever a resolution to this?
