i only discovered dried beans relatively recently because i bought a bunch (along with rice) to survive the apocalypse and its like, once you have dried beans you will never want to eat canned beans again ngl
its a little bit of a process, but i let them soak over night. i use the carcass from rotiserrie chicken to make a broth and then boil the beans in the slow-cooker crockpot all day with some onions, garlic, knorr's tomato w/ chicken flavor bouillon and other various spices to taste comes out amazing, i could literally live off of this and eat nothing else and i didnt even used to like beans really. i use the same type of beans for my chili now ngl. | ||

I doubt very seriously that someone who lives off of McDonalds and Chic-Fil-A knows anything about dried beans, or cooking in general. And that's a damn fact.
