Default 51+ mobs who don't summon?

Is it a rule that absolutely every 51+ mob summons or are there some who don't?

there are definitely some that don't, but it's the exception not the rule

The 2 giants at the bottom of the mines of the giant fort in FM iirc are 51 and do not summon.

Lots. Like, a whole lot.

First of all, basically the entire zone of Chardok. There are exceptions, mostly past the locked door.

A lot of the other major ones have been mentioned.

I'm going to throw in a tip though that a lot of people don't seem to know. If you root and fear a summoning mob, it will not summon. This is very useful for too many mobs to list, but Pawbuster in KC, PoHate mobs, and Skyfire named come to mind.

Very cool. Honestly I'm actually asking about this because I wanted to see if there was anything tough that I could solo on a 60 monk using the Herbalists Spade to infinitely bandage until its dead lol. Can't do that if it summons ofc.

Another way to prevent summoning is to have your pet tank the mob if possible.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umuVBewCNgY Here is an example of me doing that with a Cliff Golem. But this only works on mobs that don't melt your pet hehe.

I believe those guys are level 50, which is why they don't summon.

Yup, fear blocks it, though its good to know root doesn't override that.

In a related note, Blind gets treated as fear, has no level limit, and as far as I can tell doesn't have an immunity flag. As far as I can tell anything can be blinded if you can land the effect past resists.
