Blue Server character screen changed

Ok so I have only 3 toons on Blue. When logging in (It's been awhile) it seems the character screen had changed to a OLDER version. Shouldn't this not happen on blue??? I can understand the green server doing this but not the blue server. Does both the green & blue servers use the same V53 patch files??? A little confused!! [You must be logged in to view images. It's the same client so any server uses the same login page artwork and character select screens.
