Default Septer of Tears
The Septer of Tears in Lower Guk, that is supposed to spawn in the "Waterfall Room" does not appear on the ground.

The Septer of Tears that is supposed to spawn on the floor of the "Waterfall Room" in Lower Guk, does not appear.

This should be resolved. There was an issue with ground spawn items, but the reboot on 5/2 fixed it. Verified by doing the quest myself on that date.
