Spells: Aggro on Necro mana-hp conversion buffs

I had a truly bizarre scenario today.

I was in erud's crossing. I sent a pet in onto a willowisp, and it missed its opening round of attacks. I was in the process of casting Dark Pact, the level 8 necro hp/mana conversion buff.

As soon as the buff landed on me, it pulled aggro off the pet, onto me. Dark Pact pulled aggro...

I played a necro from 2000 to 2006, and this has never, ever been possible. These spells have nowhere near this level of aggro component. They are not like canny.

Now I'm wondering if it's a +aggro just for the buff landing, or per tick. Which is even more wrong.

This needs looking at.
