No. They are designed to be timeless. The purpose is that we can arm ourselves against tyrannical government overstepping.

I swear we covered this a fortnight ago. 2nd A is a nice intention, but small arms aren't enough. You need support from the army or an outside nation to overthrow a tyranny. Look at the war of independence. This was true even then.

The Constitution is designed to be updated to meet the changes in society and technology. It's a living document. Regressive alt-right cultists want to live in the past and refuse to upgrade.
