Is it normal to not get a response from anyone for an "Item Lost" post? It has been over a month and it appears people have looked at the post, but I havent received any responses.

Could anyone let me know if a over a month without replay is a normal timeframe?
I too have a petition in about a lost item, but you know what? It is a server that charges nothing for you to play on it, staffed by people with lives outside the game who are paid nothing to be CSRs. So the answer to your question is yes, this is normal, and they owe us nothing. The way I look at it, consider the item gone forever, and if they replace it, great, if they don't, then that is fine too. There is no reason to make a post to draw attention to it.

Not an accurate representation to say the least.

But even if it was ... their box ... free to play ... i could give a shit if that's how they operated.

I've had good experiences with returned items, but it does take awhile.

I've been waiting over 2 years for a stolen item to be returned, with screenshot proof even.

I let someone use a clicky item and specifically had them say in chat beforehand that the item did not belong to them and would be given back to me immediately after. I had only logged on for 1 day, after not playing for a year, when this incident happened, and didn't log on again for 2 more years after that (which was about 6 weeks ago now), but that really shouldn't matter for the GM's to fix it.

I was pretty shocked when I did return to the game recently, that it had been 2 years and yet the issue still hadn't been fixed. I expected to find the stolen item in one of my bags somewhere, but nope, the GM's still hadn't fixed it. So if you want to talk about patience....
You expect GMs to retrieve an item you gave away 2 years ago?
