Quest Issue: Shaman CoM books No experience

When you turn in the completed reports (6 journal pages) for first part of the Final Test for the shaman epic you get faction raise but you don't get any experience (or ding sound).

You should get faction and experience. I can't find evidence yet that its always been like that yet but will keep looking, though I can't imagine that changing for any reason.

I know current allakhazam is not usually a tell all classic resource but according to it there's only 2 steps where there is a turn in and faction but no experience.
