Miscellaneous: VP dragons dropping nothing

right now it's possible for VP dragons to drop nothing from their specific loot table

i can't find any posts from 2000/2001 that say anything about them not having any loot when killed, which i imagine people would have mentioned

i also find it hard to believe that the original developers would have intended the most challenging raid mobs in the game to be able to drop nothing
