no character/npc motions??

I don't know why.. it might be because I was toggling some settings trying to get a better frame rate..

but for some reason EQ isn't showing any character motions. Like instead of seeing players/npcs walk, they just slide without moving their legs. When NPCS die they stay standing, corpses don't fall down.

And there's no attack motions during the fights.

what's going on what setting do I need to fix. plz help
