Can a Cazic-Thule Ogre SK complete the lighstone quest?

Yes. You can do any quest requiring indif or less faction on mobs that don't see invis.

Feign death, open trade window, clear target window, hide, /target (yourname) ... if you don't end up with yourself on target your hide was successful. If so, /stand and then complete npc trade. If you do end up with yourself on target, keep doing the clear target window, hide, /target (yourname) cycle until hide is successful.

Note: make sure you don't have see invis / deadeye / etc while doing this, or you can't check for success of hide with /target.

I did this on my troll SK with gnoll scrolls.
